Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
- Handle budgetary responsibilities, including staffing, equipment, and supply management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with current registration as a registered nurse
- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in emergency department
- Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in emergency care protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
