We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Labor & Nursery departments at Mahsa Hospital. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and drive excellence in maternal and neonatal care. You'll manage a team of nursing professionals, optimize workflows, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. - Oversee daily operations of Labor and Nursery departments
- Manage nursing staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
- Manage departmental resources, including budget and inventory control
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational challenges promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with valid Malaysian nursing license
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in obstetrics/labor and nursery care
- 3+ years in nursing leadership or management role
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of JCI standards and Malaysian healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records and hospital management systems
