Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the operating theatre department, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff in the peri-operative setting
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices and protocols
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control measures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and maintain quality indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget and inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in peri-operative nursing
- Previous experience in nursing leadership or management role preferred
- Certification in peri-operative nursing or related specialty
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and anesthesia protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
