Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership to the Operating Theatre nursing team.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth surgical workflows and patient throughput.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and Ministry of Health (MOH) standards.
- Manage departmental resources, including staffing schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory procurement.
- Foster a collaborative environment between surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to optimize patient safety.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, staff training, and professional development programs.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and manage clinical incident reporting for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Valid Practicing Certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of clinical experience in an Operating Theatre environment.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or management role within a surgical department.
- Strong understanding of peri-operative care standards and sterile processing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and administrative reporting.
