Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure compliance with MOH licensing standards and SNB regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing and care staff to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement clinical care protocols to enhance resident wellness and safety.
- Manage the nursing department budget, resource allocation, and inventory procurement effectively.
- Coordinate seamlessly with physicians, allied health professionals, and families to create comprehensive care plans.
- Lead quality improvement projects and incident investigations to minimize risks and ensure continuous clinical growth.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to maintain excellence in documentation and care delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Practicing Certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare management field is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a nursing home or geriatric setting.
- In-depth knowledge of MOH nursing home licensing requirements and clinical standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex situations under pressure.
