Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the 24-Hour Urgent Care Centre, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care delivery
- Manage, mentor, and develop nursing staff through regular performance evaluations, training programs, and professional development opportunities
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and compliance standards in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care services
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting urgent care nursing
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the region
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in emergency or urgent care setting
- Previous experience in nursing leadership or management role
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills specific to urgent care and emergency nursing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff, resources, and budgets effectively
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
