Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and interpret complex medical data to support clinical decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive medical information databases with strict adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and document patient information accurately
- Design and implement data quality assurance protocols for medical records and documentation
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing medical findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Train healthcare staff on proper medical information management practices and systems
- Stay current with evolving medical terminology, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT), and healthcare compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in medical information management or clinical documentation
- Advanced certification in medical coding (e.g., CCS, CPC) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems (EHR/EMR) and data analytics tools
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, PHI compliance, and healthcare data privacy regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
