Tanggung Jawab
- Provide basic nursing care and daily living assistance to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and senior staff.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration regularly.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring, walking, and assisting with range-of-motion exercises.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring that all dietary requirements and nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment to prevent infection and ensure comfort.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team regarding patient status and care plans.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Certificate in Nursing Care or a relevant caregiving certification is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a healthcare facility, nursing home, or elderly care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Physically fit to perform caregiving duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in healthcare.
