Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
- Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with feeding as required
- Engage residents in therapeutic activities and social interactions
- Maintain clean, safe living environments following infection control protocols
- Document care activities and observations accurately in resident records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Completion of certified Nursing Aide or equivalent healthcare training program
- Experience in elderly care or healthcare setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and patience
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
