Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional one-on-one nutrition and dietary consultations to customers.
- Analyze customer health goals and provide personalized lifestyle and supplement advice.
- Recommend suitable health supplements based on individual needs and health profiles.
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and safe usage.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain accurate client records and track wellness progress.
- Participate in in-store promotional activities and health awareness campaigns.
- Ensure the display and inventory of health products remain organized and appealing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field of study.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, retail health, or a related wellness role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex health information clearly.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness/health goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales-driven team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in the latest research and trends in the supplement industry.
