Shape Up is seeking a dedicated Nutritionist to join our healthcare team in Cibubur. As a key member of our wellness-focused practice, you will empower patients to achieve optimal health through personalized nutritional guidance and sustainable lifestyle education. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes by translating complex nutritional science into practical, actionable strategies for diverse health conditions.
In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop evidence-based diet plans, and provide ongoing education on healthy eating habits. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients
- Educate patients on healthy eating patterns, portion control, and nutritional requirements
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary interventions based on health outcomes
- Develop educational materials on nutrition and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Stay updated on latest nutritional research and industry standards
- Participate in community health workshops and awareness programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related health field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nutrition counseling experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian dietary guidelines and local food culture
- Certification in Nutrition (e.g., PGN - Ahli Gizi) preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to create personalized dietary plans for diverse health conditions
- Proficiency in nutritional assessment software and tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
