- Develop and deliver engaging nutrition and wellness training programs for clients and staff
- Promote and educate clients about the company's health products, emphasizing their benefits and proper usage
- Provide personalized nutritional advice and guidance to clients based on their health goals and needs
- Handle client inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about products and services
- Support the sales team by demonstrating product knowledge and assisting with sales presentations
- Stay updated on the latest nutritional science and health trends to ensure accurate and relevant information
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, training sessions, and product recommendations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational content for various platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field
- Certification in Nutrition or related health field (e.g., Certified Nutritionist)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in nutrition counseling, health coaching, or training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, health products, and wellness practices
- Experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the health and wellness industry
- Ability to translate complex nutritional information into simple, actionable advice
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging training materials and programs
