In this critical role, you'll be the frontline guardian of workplace health, delivering emergency first aid, conducting comprehensive health screenings, and maintaining meticulous medical records. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to workplace injuries
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic health examinations
- Maintain accurate confidential medical records and documentation
- Develop and implement workplace safety programs and health initiatives
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures
- Deliver health education sessions on wellness topics
- Collaborate with management on health compliance matters
- Monitor workplace health trends and report concerns
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years clinical or occupational health experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Knowledge of DOH and OHS standards
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
