Join PERSOL as an Occupational Health Nurse and play a pivotal role in safeguarding employee wellbeing in dynamic work environments. This 12-month contract position offers the opportunity to implement comprehensive occupational health programs, conduct health assessments, and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. You'll be the frontline medical professional responding to workplace incidents, managing health emergencies, and promoting preventive health initiatives.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll collaborate with management to develop ergonomic solutions, conduct health education workshops, and maintain accurate medical records. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health screenings
- Provide emergency first aid and manage workplace injuries/illnesses
- Develop and implement occupational health safety programs and policies
- Investigate workplace accidents and recommend preventive measures
- Manage health surveillance programs for hazardous exposures
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and health education
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with external medical providers and specialists for referrals
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore nursing license
- Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- BCLS/First Aid certification mandatory
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/WSH regulations
- Experience with health program implementation
- Excellent emergency response and assessment skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
