As an Occupational Health Physician, you will serve as the primary medical resource for our employees, conducting thorough health assessments, diagnosing work-related conditions, and implementing preventive measures to minimize workplace risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive pre-employment and periodic medical examinations to ensure employee fitness for duty.
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely and effective medical intervention.
- Develop and implement occupational health policies, safety protocols, and wellness programs tailored to the workplace environment.
- Monitor and report on the general health status of employees, identifying trends and potential health risks.
- Ensure full compliance with local health regulations, labor laws, and international occupational safety standards.
- Provide expert medical advice and health education to employees regarding injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with HR and safety teams to investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must be a licensed Physician with a current, valid PRC license (RM) and Certificate of Practice.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an Occupational Health setting.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health laws, safety regulations, and industrial hygiene principles.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and advise employees clearly and empathetically.
- Valid Professional Tax ID (PTIN) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) membership (if applicable).
