Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and motor functions
- Conduct patient evaluations and progress monitoring using standardized assessment tools
- Design adaptive equipment solutions and home modification recommendations
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and self-management techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for integrated care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid Malaysian Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Certification in specialized techniques (e.g., hand therapy, pediatrics)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
