Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's occupational needs and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific requirements
- Provide direct therapy interventions focusing on sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Educate parents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home-based activities
- Stay current with latest research and best practices in autism intervention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Malaysia
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches for pediatric occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with children and families
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in intervention techniques
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for helping children with special needs
