Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on activities of daily living
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology interventions
- Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment approaches based on outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home modifications and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid PRC license as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in specialized therapy areas preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
