Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized therapy plans
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions for physical, cognitive, and emotional rehabilitation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care approaches
- Evaluate client progress and modify treatment strategies based on outcomes
- Provide training to families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress
- Stay current with occupational therapy best practices and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid PRC license and OT certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in pediatric or special education settings
- Strong assessment and intervention planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using adaptive equipment and assistive technologies
- Certification in Sensory Integration Therapy preferred
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
