Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills and daily living activities
- Evaluate home/workplace environments for accessibility modifications
- Train patients and families in adaptive equipment usage
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular reassessments to adjust treatment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (S1 Fisioterapi)
- Valid Indonesian OT license (STR)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Certification in pediatric or geriatric rehabilitation advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based OT practices
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
