Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and recovery.
- Implement evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions and therapeutic activities tailored to meet specific patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, documenting all clinical findings and outcomes in accordance with hospital standards.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and the use of assistive devices to support long-term health.
- Participate in health promotion programs and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about Occupational Therapy services.
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists or student interns when required, fostering a learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Singapore Occupational Therapy Board (SOTB).
- Demonstrated experience in clinical Occupational Therapy practice, with a focus on rehabilitation and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate, patient-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to professional ethics.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using hospital information systems.
