Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial capabilities to identify functional limitations.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to meet specific patient goals.
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and activity analysis.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence and ensure home safety.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with hospital standards.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions and community reintegration.
- Stay updated with current research and best practices in occupational therapy to continuously improve patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Board of Occupational Therapists (SBOT).
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Relevant clinical experience in a hospital or similar setting is preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
