Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans focusing on activities of daily living
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Adapt environments and recommend assistive technologies to improve accessibility
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies
- Document progress and outcomes using standardized evaluation tools
- Participate in discharge planning and community reintegration programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Singapore OT license and registration with Allied Health Professions Council
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in rehabilitation or community settings
- Certification in specialized areas (e.g., hand therapy, pediatrics) preferred
- Strong assessment skills and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
