Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patient physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning to create personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate rehabilitation and functional recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to meet clinical goals.
- Educate patients and their families on assistive devices, adaptive strategies, and home-based therapy techniques.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Full or Restricted Registration with the AHPC.
- Prior experience in a hospital, community, or clinical rehabilitation setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
