Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, physical limitations, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment usage, and home modification strategies
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in occupational therapy services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy across various settings
- Proficient in assessment tools and therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, or pediatric rehabilitation is advantageous
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage caseload effectively
