Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ocean export shipments including documentation preparation (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth cargo clearance
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize transit times and costs
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Oversee cargo booking, stuffing, and delivery coordination at Jakarta port facilities
- Maintain client relationships through regular updates and proactive issue resolution
- Train junior staff on export procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ocean export operations
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
