Are you a seasoned Odoo expert with a passion for business optimization? Bali Ocean Magic is seeking a highly skilled Odoo Functional/Business Analyst to spearhead our digital transformation. In this role, you will be the bridge between our operational needs and technical execution, owning the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our Odoo ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role in managing diverse business modules including Ticketing, RFID integrations, POS, Finance, Retail, F&B, as well as Sales & Marketing. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, design, and configure Odoo workflows to meet complex business requirements across Ticketing, RFID, and F&B modules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting, process improvement, and end-user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Odoo with third-party hardware (RFID systems, POS terminals) and software platforms.
- Define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for new features, modules, and system updates.
- Create and maintain high-quality user documentation and provide hands-on training for operational staff.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure 24/7 reliability of core business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst or Consultant (minimum 3 years).
- Strong expertise in Odoo core modules: POS, Inventory, Accounting, and Sales/Marketing.
- Prior experience with specialized modules or custom implementations like Ticketing and RFID integration is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of business process mapping and optimization within the Retail or Hospitality sectors.
- Ability to translate technical constraints into clear, non-technical business solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Fluent in English; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment in Bali.
