Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo system configurations
- Customize and implement Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting)
- Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support
- Collaborate with development teams for module integrations
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Odoo Functional Consultant
- Expert knowledge of Odoo modules and technical architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in SQL and basic Python
- Certification in Odoo (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
