This critical role requires meticulous management of full-set accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore's regulatory framework while delivering accurate financial insights. You will orchestrate month-end closing processes, manage GST submissions, and maintain robust financial records that drive strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end full-set accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, and journal entries
- Lead month-end closing processes including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare accurate financial statements and statutory compliance reports
- Execute timely GST submissions and maintain tax compliance documentation
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide supporting documentation
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
- Optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of full-set accounting experience in MNC environment
- Proficiency in Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and GST regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
