Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, and record maintenance
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and clients
- Handle vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies
- Support payroll processing and expense report management
- Assist with onboarding and HR administrative tasks
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance services
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
