Tanggung Jawab
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other office communications
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and document management
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and expense tracking when required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
