Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily order processing and ensure all data entry is accurate and timely.
  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
  • Maintain systematic filing of digital and physical administrative records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and delivery schedules.
  • Handle general administrative duties including procurement of office supplies and handling correspondence.
  • Monitor and update stock or project inventory levels within the internal system.
  • Provide prompt assistance to client inquiries regarding order status or billing matters.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration or invoicing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to commit to a 5 or 5.5-day work week as required.
