Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing office documentation.
- Support the coordination of internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update digital databases and physical record management systems accurately.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, routing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage office supply inventory, monitoring stock levels and drafting requests for replenishment.
- Assist in organizing company events, student team-building activities, and internal workshops.
- Perform basic ad-hoc clerical tasks to support various departments and ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative student team.
- Available for a full-time internship period of 3 to 6 months.
