Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations, including front-desk reception, call handling, and visitor management.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all company documentation is accurate and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies procurement, and equipment servicing to ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and internal correspondence.
  • Support the HR and finance teams with basic data entry, claims processing, and employee records maintenance.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings for department heads as required.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety protocols within the office area.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
