Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations for both Singapore and Malaysia offices.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for regional staff.
- Act as the primary liaison for office vendors, building management, and service contractors to ensure facility maintenance.
- Organize and facilitate internal team meetings, video conferences, and corporate events.
- Maintain accurate office records, inventory, and procurement of office supplies to optimize costs.
- Provide secretarial support to the management team, including expense reporting and document preparation.
- Implement and improve office workflows and administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Office Administration, Executive Assistance, or Operations support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across different cultural contexts (Singapore/Malaysia).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Experience in managing regional office logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor relationships.
- A proactive mindset with a strong emphasis on accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
