Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative operations for both Singapore and Malaysia offices.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for regional staff.
  • Act as the primary liaison for office vendors, building management, and service contractors to ensure facility maintenance.
  • Organize and facilitate internal team meetings, video conferences, and corporate events.
  • Maintain accurate office records, inventory, and procurement of office supplies to optimize costs.
  • Provide secretarial support to the management team, including expense reporting and document preparation.
  • Implement and improve office workflows and administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Office Administration, Executive Assistance, or Operations support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across different cultural contexts (Singapore/Malaysia).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Experience in managing regional office logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong emphasis on accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
