Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and streamline daily office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, and taking minutes.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
