Tanggung Jawab

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching items. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records using relevant software.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Support: Assist in the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and inventory items. Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes, process purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely availability.
  • Office Operations & Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling mail and courier services, organizing documents, and maintaining a tidy and functional office environment.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain meticulous physical and digital records for inventory, purchases, sales, and general office administration. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.
  • Facility Support: Coordinate with building management and external service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and security, ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Perform data entry for inventory movements and administrative transactions. Generate reports on stock levels, consumption, and other operational metrics as required by management.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency and growth of the company.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative role with a strong focus on inventory management or office operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external vendors.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procurement processes is a plus.
