We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Architect to join our dynamic team at We Connect HR Solutions OPC. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of architectural design, from initial conceptualization to the finalization of permitting and documentation. You will lead the effort to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant office spaces that meet our clients' needs.
Your expertise will be crucial in managing the complex permitting processes and ensuring that all architectural documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the conceptual design and detailed planning of office spaces and interior layouts.
- Manage the end-to-end permitting process, including preparing submittals and securing necessary approvals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all architectural documentation and blueprints.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and safety regulations.
- Revise and update design drawings based on feedback and changing project requirements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in office architecture, interior design, and space planning.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting procedures.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is preferred.
