Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Process office supplies inventory and procurement requests
- Assist with report preparation, document formatting, and data entry
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
