Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping and easy document retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, courier services, and email communications.
  • Receive and screen phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or taking accurate messages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar for senior management and staff.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and organizing board meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the HR and finance departments with basic data entry, document verification, and filing.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and organized reception area.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
