Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping and easy document retrieval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, courier services, and email communications.
- Receive and screen phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or taking accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar for senior management and staff.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and organizing board meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the HR and finance departments with basic data entry, document verification, and filing.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and organized reception area.
Kualifikasi
- SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
