Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, payroll processing support, and the preparation of daily reports.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for management, including room bookings and logistics.
- Handle cashier duties, including bank in slips, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Liaise effectively with factory staff and external vendors to ensure administrative needs are met.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new office procedures and software.
