This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates (Class of 2024, 2025, and 2026) to gain hands-on experience in international accounting standards and insurance management systems.
As an Accounting VA, you will play a vital role in supporting our global clients by managing financial documentation, reconciliations, and platform-specific data entry. You will be trained to navigate industry-leading software such as AMS 360, Applied EPIC, and QuickBooks. If you are analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other specialized systems.
- Process insurance-related accounting workflows in platforms such as AMS 360, Applied EPIC, TAM, and EZLynx.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and track accounts payable/receivable with high accuracy.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation management.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data security protocols for all client financial records.
- Collaborate with international clients to resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Continuously learn and master new insurance management platforms like Benefit Point and Partner XE.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a fresh graduate (Batch 2024, 2025, or 2026) with a degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication with global clients.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Malolos City office.
- A proactive learner who is eager to adapt to new software environments.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high precision and minimal error.
