Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive operational support including daily office/showroom maintenance and equipment checks
  • Execute driving duties for local deliveries, client pickups, and errands with punctuality and care
  • Facilitate facility management through inventory monitoring, supply procurement, and space organization
  • Assist retail staff with administrative tasks, document handling, and client support as needed
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout all operational areas
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility maintenance and operational supplies
  • Support inventory management through stock checks and logistics coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries from staff and visitors

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in facility support, office assistance, or similar operational role
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (C-class or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Basic proficiency in Indonesian and fundamental English communication
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Physical capability to handle lifting (up to 15kg) and extended standing periods
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor for client interactions
