Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately encode daily sales transactions and inventory movements into the company system.
  • Coordinate the efficient dispatching of ice products to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) promptly to all customers.
  • Monitor and verify incoming payments, ensuring accounts receivable are correctly updated.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries or order updates.
  • Perform administrative support tasks as assigned by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Data Entry Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work full-time with a flexible approach to operational demands.
