Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for all accounting transactions, including recording daily financial activities.
- Manage and process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) vouchers and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial vouchers and supporting documents for audits.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital financial records.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to clarify billing and payment details.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel highly preferred.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy for high-volume data entry tasks.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced office setting.
