- Process non-PO transactions and ensure timely payment execution
- Manage and document government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
- Maintain accurate financial records and transaction documentation
- Reconcile payment records with accounting systems
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Coordinate with finance team on payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in payment processing or documentation
- Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
