Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input and update various forms of data into company databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
- Generate routine reports from compiled data, ensuring timely delivery to relevant departments.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, scanning, and photocopying.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data and sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient data management processes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Vocational Certificate or Associate's Degree is a significant plus.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in data entry or a similar administrative support role is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM) with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
