Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the general maintenance and repair of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for renovation, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project reports using AutoCAD.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and safety gear to ensure operational readiness.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor utility consumption and manage monthly bills, service contracts, and equipment servicing.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical documentation for stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an office engineering or facilities management role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
