Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of 4 accounting and finance staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality output.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights to management on financial performance.
- Monitor and protect the company's profit and loss (P&L), identifying areas for cost savings and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards (e.g., PAS/PFRS), and internal financial policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field. CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and P&L management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
