Tanggung Jawab

- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient record retrieval.
- Prepare meeting rooms, take minutes, and support executive assistants during presentations.
- Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
- Support the procurement process by tracking orders and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist in coordinating office events, team-building activities, and visitor management.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
